Thank YOU
A real thank you. From Morzine to here, it's been an incredible journey.
Handing off final files always feels bittersweet, but this isn't a full stop. I'm at the end of an email or call whenever you need a sounding board or want to throw around a new idea.
Trusting us to take Total Endurance Nutrition and shape it into FuelHQ meant a lot. Watching the brand show up in the real world has already been the best part.
ABOUT YOUR FILES
When you download your ZIP file (below), inside will be all of your design files and lots of file formats (don’t worry, I've added a little info below about the different file types to help).
The download link below will not be accessible forever, so please ensure you save these files somewhere safe that can be accessed at all times.
If you’re ever unsure on what file to use, don’t hesitate to ask.
.AI
These are the native vector file type for Adobe Illustrator. With an AI file, you can scale the artwork infinitely with no impact on resolution. These files may be needed by suppliers for large print and signage. You need ‘adobe illustrator’ to be able to open the files.
.SVG
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a web-friendly vector file format. The great thing about these files is that they are scalable and will render pixel-perfect at any resolution whereas JPEGs & PNGs will not. These are likely to be used on your website.\
Stands for Portable Document Format & is an image format used to display documents and graphics correctly, no matter the device, application, operating system or website. PDF files are often the file format requested by printers to send a final design into production.
.PNG
Short for Portable Network Graphic, a type of raster image file. It’s a popular file type with web designers because it can handle graphics with transparent or semi-transparent backgrounds.
.JPG
An image that is used for mainly photos and graphics. These are pixel based which means when you scale them up your image will lose quality and become pixelated. These should be used on social media & websites (not for print).
.EPS
An Encapsulated PostScript file is very similar to an ‘ai’ file and therefore retains the details at maximum zoom level as it is vector based. Your print supplier may ask for this type of file when dealing with large print or signage. You can open the ‘EPS’ file in a number of different programs.
ADDITIONAL support
Below are a few ways we keep showing up for the brands we build:
CREATIVE PARTNER
Ongoing support for whatever comes next - from campaigns, landing pages, creative assets, communities and launches. With a retainer, we offer a set number of hours each month, no scoping, no waiting.
Brand ALIGNMENT
Quarterly check-ins to keep the brand focused and aligned as you grow. We review how the identity is showing up in the wild and course-correct before things drift.
CREATIVE SPRINTS
Short-term sprints built for moments that matter, new products, events, sub-brands and rollouts. Built for speed without losing the brand thread.
REFFERALS
The best clients come from the ones we already work with.
If you know a brand that would be a good fit to work with us, send them our way. If we work together, you'll get 10% off your next project as a small thanks for backing us.
Feedback
We have a short questionnaire to ensure we’re delivering on the quality and service that we promised on day one. If you have a few minutes, please complete the form to share anything that went well or suggest things we could improve for next time.
Reviews and referrals are how we grow. If our work earned it, a few words on Google would mean a lot.
STAY IN TOUCH
Need a file, a second opinion, or a chat about what's next? You know where we are.
Send updates when you can. We would love to see photos, milestones, and the big and small wins. We like watching brands we've built continue to grow.
We're super proud of what we built together and excited to see what's next.
